Now it has 20T medium frequency induction furnace, 30T electric arc furnace, 30T LF refining furnace, 30T VD vacuum degassing smelting equipment, 1.2T-30T Electro-slag remelting equipment, 3T electro-hydraulic hammer, 800t fast forging unit, 1600T free forging unit, 4000t free forging unit, heat treatment line, machining and other major equipment. The main quality testing equipment includes direct reading spectrometers produced by OBLF company in Germany, German Spark direct reading spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, ultrasonic flaw detectors, mechanical testing and other testing equipment. The main products are forged steel parts, cast iron parts, forged steel cold rolling rolls, medium and high-end mold materials, large and medium-sized crankshafts, and other forged materials, forgings, and mechanical processing products. The products are applied in fields such as aerospace, petrochemical, shipbuilding, automotive molds, and are supplied to large domestic manufacturing enterprises such as Baosteel Roll, China Steel Xingji, and Shenyang Pump Industry.
