1. Bidding conditions

The civil works of the main steam pipeline project outside the factory area of the 30000 ton high-end soy protein industrialization project is prequalified. The tenderee is Shandong Gaotang County County Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. The bidding project is funded by its own funds. This project is only for civil engineering bidding. 3. Qualification requirements for bidders
